This vintage J.J. Christmas tree pin is a well-documented collectible Christmas tree pin. It is shown on Page 81 of Trowbridge's "O' Christmas Tree" and Page 50 of Mary Morrison's "Christmas Jewelry". Its pretty scalloped design features textured goldtone metal banded with tiny raised beading in open layers appointed with goldtone sculpted balls and red, blue, green and clear crystal rhinestones. The treetop star is accented with a crystal rhinestone. The tree measures approximately 2-1/4 x 1-3/4" and has a safety closure. It is signed J.J. with a copyright symbol on a rectangular signature cartouche on the reverse of the trunk of the tree. It is in Excellent Condition. A lovely J.J. Christmas tree pin book piece!
