This is superbly done large Lladro "Artist Model" Figurine on a wooden base # 5417 done in a Matte Finish.

The Spanish name is La Modelo and the sculptor was Juan Huerta.
This figurine was first issued in 1987 and retired in 1990 at a retail price of $500 - 30 years ago.
It was left with a Matte finish (no gloss). The height is a large 12 1/2 inches. The weight with wooden base is 3 #'s and 14 ounces.
It appears that not a lot of this model were made. No box but in perfect condition with no imperfections. We can provide a Lladro box if so requested.
